Metabo 14-Inch Metal Chop Saw -15 to 45 Degree Cut Angle

The German-engineered Metabo CS 22-355 15.0 Amp chop saw is designed to be a powerful 14" abrasive chop saw with a universal 15.0 Amp motor and a no-load speed of 3,700 RPM. It is compatible with 14" x 1" arbor chop saw wheels specifically designed for chop saw applications. The quick positioning vise clamp allows for fast cutting of materials such as rebar, angle iron, conduit, pipe and tubing, and steel drywall studs.

Miter cuts ranging from -15° to 45° are achievable, with maximum cutting depths of 5-3/16" for round tube, 4-3/4" for square tube, and 4" x 8-3/16" for rectangular tube. An integrated safety switch with a lock-out feature prevents accidental start-up. The chop saw is equipped with a centrally located top handle and a transport lock for easy transportation. The package includes the tool, hexagonal wrench, inner support flange, and flange nut in a cardboard box.

This powerful metal chop saw is ideal for cutting profiles, pipes, and rods made of steel, non-ferrous metals, iron, and cast profiles. It features a quick clamping device with variable mitre conversion for angled cuts from -15° to 45°. The large handle positioned laterally to the cutting axis ensures optimal force transmission during cutting. Additionally, an adjustable cutting depth limiter provides optimal use of the cutting disc. The chop saw also allows for easy and quick disc changes with a spindle lock.
